637.3 acres of land in a great location situated north of Balgonie, SK along #640 in the RM of Edenwold #158. This land was planted to several varieties of hybrid poplars on 8' and 10' grids during the summers of 2009 and 2010. There were a total 129,733 trees planted, some of the trees have grown to a height of over 20'. The varieties of the trees planted have an expected lifespan of 25-40 years. The Sellers have previously had contracts in place for carbon credits, all contracts are now complete and the land and trees can be used as a Buyer desires including possible carbon sequestration contracts.
