The Estate of 68 hectares manages 66 hectares of vines of which it owns 59 and leases 7. It produces 300.000 bottles each year. The wine benefit from a good distribution in the Bordeaux Trade and its reputation is good as it belongs to a famous Bordeaux Family.
The vineyard is in slight slopes around the Castel which benefits from a nice view to the Dordogne river. The Castle with about 1.000 sqm is in good condition needing mostly decoration and additional Bathrooms to comply with todays demands.
The Cellar is magnificent with new technology and a 10.000 hectolitres content, in 50 tanks.
Outbuildings are nice around the castle and the Cellar and 3 houses sits in the middle of the vineyard.
