The domaine is ideally situated to host tourist activities - it is close to the motorway exit serving the centre of Carcassonne. The region, agricultural and especially wine-growing, also benefits from a flourishing tourist market. The area of Carcassonne is exceptionally endowed, with La Cité de Carcassonne, attracting more than 2 million tourists per year, and the Canal du Midi, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

The recent development of business tourism, bringing a growing market for meeting and conference spaces, and wellness seminars, are both important uses to consider for this property, situated halfway between the two regional capitals of Toulouse and Montpellier.
