The property has no Eskom electricity connection and instead has three solar panels powering lights in the kitchen and ablution facilities. Two gas geysers provide hot water to the kitchen and bathrooms.  

For those sweltering summer days and nights, an old farm dam, equipped with a pump and sand filter, provides some respite from the heat. 

Water is supplied through one equipped borehole, powered by a generator.  

One-bedroom staff accommodation. 

The entire property is game-fenced.
