Halfway between Prins Albert and Merweville lies this 5,614 ha idyllically farm which can be transformed into a sought-after game farm. At present is a productive sheep farm. It is located only 5 km from a tar road. The topography is rugged with deep plunging valleys, rounded yet undulating hills, with 3 dry tree-lined rivers including the Dwyka River. The infrastructure consists of good perimeter fencing, about 40% is 1.2 metre stock proof and 60% is jackal proof 2.4 metre electrified game fence. There are 7 inner-camps and 2 smaller camps close to the house. The house is not in good repair, but the labourer house and stables are in a better state of repair. A shed is used for storage as well as for the slaughtering of hunted game. Water is obtained from a perennial spring close to the house. Eleven of the 12 boreholes are fitted with windmills supplying stock drinking water to 9 dams and 3 water tanks securing water supply to the respective camps.
